A Last Will & Testament ("Will") is the document where you express your final wishes as to who will receive your property and estate, and who will handle your affairs after your death. If you have children under the age of 18, you will express your desires in your Will as to whom you want to be the guardian of your children. You also will specify your instructions in your Will for the final disposition of your body (e.g., whether you want buried, cremated, etc.).
